Dentrix Enterprise Application has Stopped working
Error message presents when trying to open a patient chart.
This is caused because there are too many prescriptions in the patients file.
Go to Family File, or Ledger
Pull up patient
Go to Patient Prescription
Highlight old/duplicate prescriptions
Select Delete Prescription
