eRX Provider not in Drop down or getting Expired Message
Log in to Dentrix Office Manager under appropriate Clinic
- Select Maintenance
- Select Practice Setup
- Select Clinic Resource Set up
- Select Provider in provider Section
- Select Edit
- Update Expiration dates where needed
- Select Ok
- Select Electronic Rx Admin
- Select Users
- Highlight Clinician
- Select View
- Select Upload
After this has been uploaded Provider Needs to log in to the ePrescribe Task Mode (NOT Patient Prescription)
- Provider log in to Office Manager
- Select File
- Select prescribe Task Mode
- Complete all items under Urgent Message
