eRX Provider not in Drop down or getting Expired Message


Log in to Dentrix Office Manager under appropriate Clinic


  1. Select Maintenance
  2. Select Practice Setup
  3. Select Clinic Resource Set up 
  4. Select Provider in provider Section
  5. Select Edit
  6. Update Expiration dates where needed 
  7. Select Ok 
  8. Select Electronic Rx Admin
  9. Select Users 
  10. Highlight Clinician
  11. Select View 
  12. Select Upload


After this has been uploaded Provider Needs to log in to the ePrescribe Task Mode (NOT Patient Prescription)
  1. Provider log in to Office Manager
  2. Select File
  3. Select prescribe Task Mode
  4. Complete all items under Urgent Message
