The following Users can Reset Passwords in Dentrix: Dental Program Managers/Dental Practice Managers; Dental Supervisors; Scheduling Center Supervisor; Patient Access Supervisor; Billing Supervisor; EHR Support Analysts 


Please follow the steps below:
 

1. Using the Enterprise login or another Administrative login, log in to appropriate Clinic.
2. Go to Office Manager, Maintenance, Practice Setup, Security Setup,  Reset Locked User.
3. Select the User to unlock in the Locked User ID list.
4. Click the Reset button to unlock them.
5. Close the Reset Locked User screen using the Close button.

 
**The user can also wait 15 minutes for their account to unlock.
