• On Site users (non-willow): Use Local Hyperspace
    • Select PRD Hyperspace icon from your Desktop 
      • Go to Step 1 to log in.
  • Remote Users follow EPIC: Remote OCHIN EPIC Portal
  • For use if Local Hyperspace is not available. 
    • Click the epic icon on your desktop to open the OCHIN epic portal. 
      • Click the production icon. 


  1. At the login screen, enter your user ID and password.
    1. User ID: OCHIN AD credentials. It is the user information before @community-health.org
      • (Username)@community-health.org
    2. Password: OCHIN AD password (same as ELLA, Remote OCHIN, set up with OCHIN MFA)
  2. Your job role will default, choose continue.
    1. IF you have multiple job roles this will display if not it will move forward to the next screen.
  3.  Your default department will appear, if needed change department.

If you receive the below error: You have entered your either the wrong username (OCHIN AD USERNAME) or your password incorrectly. Make sure you are using the correct password. If you forgot your password see: EPIC: MFA Forgot Password
