If you forgot your password or need to reset your password for ELLA/REMOTE OCHIN/EPIC.

NOTE: EPIC locks after 5 invalid attempts for 2 hours, if you have unsuccessfully tried 3 times make sure your caps lock is off and number lock is on, type your password slowly. Before the 5th time, follow the forgot password process below.

- Navigate to https://ella.ochin.org/ip/login/index.php and follow the login prompts to enter username.
- Select OCHIN MFA via Microsoft

- You will either be brought to a Sign In Screen that says OCHIN where you will enter your (username)@community-health.org
OR - You will be prompted to ‘Pick an account’
- If you already use a community-health.org account, select it.
- If you do not already use a community-health.org account, select ‘Use another account.’

- You will be prompted to ‘Pick an account’
- Select Forgot my Password link. (MAKE SURE THE USERNAME ABOVE ENTER PASSWORD IS (YOUR USERNAME)@COMMUNITY-HEALTH.ORG, IF IT IS NOT SELECT THE BACK ARROW AND SELECT USE ANOTHER ACCOUNT)

4. Answer the captcha and click Next.

5. Depending on the chosen method of MFA, the user will either need to input the phone number used to set up SMS MFA or enter the 6-digit code from your Authenticator app on the user’s phone.

6. For SMS, the user will receive a new 6-digit code via text message. Enter it and click Next.

7. Enter and confirm the new password. Click Finish to complete the process.

The requirements are as follows:
-minimum of 8 characters
-lower case,
-capital letters
-numbers
-special characters
