When logging out of Dentrix make sure to close each module using File-Exit when available. Then sign out of RDS.
From Each screen in Dentrix:
- To log out Correctly:
- From any screen with the File Option
- Select File
- Select Exit
- Select Exit
- Select File
- If there is no File Option:
- Select Close
- From any screen with the File Option
- DO NOT SELECT THE X to close
To also close the RDS session:
- Click on the Windows Icon in the lower left hand corner
- Select the Person Icon
- Select Sign Out
