Manager opens an EHR Support ticket with the Providers Name and the date they would like to be signed up for.
ESA to open a JIRA requesting the provider to be signed up for the specific training date.
Provider will receive an automated email with the invite from Ella. They can also view the live booking in their Ella dashboard.
