Abridge note stuck in processing/uploading.


  • Provider log out of both Haiku and Hyperspace, then log back in to check if the note becomes available.


  • If this does not work, please try removing your template (dotphrases/smartlinks), then adding it back in to see if that helps pull in the note. 
  • Try submitting a blank recording, which can push the stuck recording to generate the note.


Causes:

The most common causes of this are issues with device's data connectivity, though issues can also arise within Epic and cloud service providers. 

For an optimal experience, the user should give the following a try:

• Verify you're connected to a strong, stable WiFi network

• Make sure your Bluetooth is turned Off

• Ensure you're using the most up-to-date version of Haiku and the most up-to-date version of your phone's OS

• Close out of other apps running in the background of your phone to optimize your connection

It can also be helpful to run a speed test on your recording device while connected to both WiFi and cellular data to compare your upload and download speeds on each.
