When users are setting up MFA or re-setting up MFA for OCHIN there is a Microsoft issue causing this error: "There was a problem processing your request; Support Information; Correlation ID: "
Updated Workaround
The following workaround has been successful:
- Immediately after getting the Microsoft Sign-In error, close your browser and open https://ella.ochin.org/ip/
- Then have user log into ELLA using updated password (password set right before error)
- Once logged in, they will be prompted to enroll in MFA and finish the process.
In the Incognito/Private Browser bring up the OCHIN Portal: https://portal.ochin.info/
Select the Ella Icon
Select OCHIN MFA via Microsoft
Enter your OCHIN user id: (id)@community-health.org
Enter your OCHIN Microsoft Password
This should bring you to this screen "More information required"
