Computer names begin with FHLC or NOBLE.
IT is generally unable to locate computers based on the room number or location. To facilitate your support request, please provide the computer name when opening a ticket that requires remote assistance.
If the computer does not have a label on it with the computer name, use the following steps to determine the computer name.
Type "settings" in your windows search bar at the bottom of your screen and open.
Locate and select "system" in the settings menu.
Locate and select "about" from the system menu.
Your computer (device) name will be listed at the top.
