If in EPIC you get a Time Zone Lock-Read Only on a patient.

1. Log out of EPIC

2. Close all browsers

3. Reboot (restart) your computer

4. Open a New browser

5. Launch EPIC


This typically solves this issue. 


Additionally, you can:

  1. Log in to TZ-Production (same Credentials)
  2. Select Time zone
  3. Log out of TZ-Production EPIC (MAKE SURE YOU LOG OUT NOT JUST CLOSE IT)
  4. Close all browsers
  5. Open a New browser
  6. Launch Production EPIC
