If user gets the following error message when logging into WinSCP OCHIN FTP Site you need to reset your remote.ochin.info password. This may happen every 90 days due to password reset rules set by OCHIN.
Error Message:
Connection has been unexpectedly Closed.
Cannot initialize SFTP protocol. Is the host running an SFTP server?
Go to remote.ochin.info and login with your OCHIN username (username)@community-health.org and OCHIN remote password. It will trigger you for a password update.
