BCA Computer Reboot and Verification Log

BCA Computers:

  • Reboot the computer once a week. Please Enter the Date it was rebooted and by who below. 
  • Verify that a hard copy of BCA Downtime Procedures is next to the computer. (See ELLA “OCHIN Epic Downtime Procedures for Member Clinics”-BCA Web section) https://ella.ochin.org/ip/mod/data/view.php?d=1&rid=2076
  • Verify that the BCA computer is labeled a BCA computer. 
  • Verify that the files are being received and can be printed once a month. Please Enter the Date it was rebooted and by who below. 


At the End of Each Month Practice Manager reviews that everything has been completed. Sign below and email to ehrsupportanalys@famhealth.org by the 5th of each month.
