EHR Support Analyst will enroll all Noble staff members upon hire. 

Staff Member will receive the following email from Webtools (CHECK YOUR JUNK/SPAM)


OPEN EMAIL LINK USING AN INCOGNITO/PRIVATE BROWSER

Users will receive an email from Web Tools with their new community-health.org username and a temporary password to set up MFA. 

REFER TO THE TOOLKIT FOR ALL OPTIONS AND BACK UP SET UP.

Register New Account with Microsoft Auth MFA App

  • Open email from webtools@ochin.org. If you do not see this email, please check your spam. 
    • Make sure you are not just in Preview of email. You will need to Open the email (double click). 
  • Navigate to the URL in the registration email: https://aka.ms/mfasetup
    • Right click on the link and open in an Incognito/Private Browser. 
  • You maybe prompted to ‘Pick an account’
    • If you already use a community-health.org account, select it. 
    • If you do not already use a community-health.org account, select ‘Use another account.’

  • Enter the username and temporary password provided to you in the Web Tools email.
  • Click ‘Sign In’
  • Next you will see a screen that says, ‘More information required.’ Confirm the account displayed is the correct account with “@community-health.org” at the end of it and click ‘Next.’

  •  Next you will see a screen that says, ‘Keep your account secure.’  
  • To use the Microsoft Authenticator App, ensure you have the Microsoft Authenticator App downloaded on your phone by confirming that the app icon is a blue lock with a person inside it. If you do not already have this app, and wish to use it for MFA, download it, and follow the app set-up prompts to ensure it has access to your camera and allows push notifications

  •  Once the app is downloaded on your phone, select ‘Next’ on your computer.

 

 

  • On your phone, open the Microsoft Authenticator app and select the ‘+’ sign in the top right corner.

  • On your phone, select ‘Work or school account.’

  • On your phone, select ‘Scan QR code.’

  • On your phone, your camera will appear and start searching for a QR code. Point your camera’s phone at the QR code on the computer screen to scan it. The screenshot below (left) is what you should see on your phone. The screenshot below (right) is what you should see on your computer.

  • After successfully scanning your QR code, you should see the new account on your phone. 
  •  Then, on your computer select ‘Next.’

  • Then, on your computer (below left) you will see a two-digit code. Enter that code into the prompt on your phone and select ‘Yes.’ (below right).

  • On your computer, you will see a success notification that says, ‘Notification approved.’ Select ‘Next.’

  • Wait for a green box that says ‘Microsoft Authenticator app was successfully registered’ to pop up.
